MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
FOR ADULTS WITH ADHD


Practical daily strategies to assist adults to manage their ADHD – based on Dr. Caroline Stevenson’s publication the “Adult ADHD Self Help Guide – with or without medication”.

Two options: an intensive daytime program of 8 sessions, or 8 weekday evenings.

Cost: $250.00 for the 8 weekly sessions (concessions will be considered for indiv. work)
